All products sold through this website are digital software licenses.
No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, the license key or activation access will be delivered electronically.
4. License Grant
Upon purchase, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software.
The license is granted solely to the purchaser and may not be:
• shared
• resold
• sublicensed
• distributed
Any violation may result in immediate license termination.
5. License Activation
Our software requires license activation.
During activation, technical information may be transmitted to our licensing servers including:
• license key
• IP address
• hardware identifier (HWID)
• activation timestamp
A license is considered consumed once it has been activated.
6. Restrictions
Users may not:
• reverse engineer the software
• decompile the software
• disassemble the software
• bypass license protection mechanisms
• modify or tamper with the software
• distribute or share license keys
Violations may result in license termination without refund.
7. Refund Policy
All products sold are digital goods delivered instantly.
Due to the nature of digital software licenses, all sales are generally final.
Once a license key has been delivered or activated, refunds will not be provided except in cases of verified technical failure preventing activation.

8. Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support, we reserve the right to:
• immediately terminate the license
• suspend associated accounts
• block future purchases
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and fraud prevention services.

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted access to our software and services.
However, we cannot guarantee continuous availability due to:

• technical issues
• third-party service outages
10. Limitation of Liability
